Gordon Russell Ltd offers 2 service facilities; Richmond, BC and Red Deer, AB. Both facilities fully service all of our products, from David Brown Radicons, to Airflex Clutches and Brakes, to Trackmobile Railcar movers. Whether it's minor repairs / PM services or full rebuilds we have the facilities and knowledgeable staff to do the job. Only Factory Authorized Parts are used for all our service work; this gives our customers the confidence that their rebuilt equipment meets factory specifications fully backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Speed Reducers

Gordon Russell Limited offers Drive Servicing, Inspections, Evaluations and Rebuilds for any Speed Reducer Manufacturer; including David Brown Radicon, Conedrive, Bonfiglioli, SGC Dorris, and Hansen. With over 60 years in the Speed reducer business you can put your trust in Gordon Russell Limited for all your Gearbox needs.

Drive Assemblies

Gordon Russell Limited can design/supply complete drive assemblies to meet customer requirements. Incorporating any of our gearbox makes and configurations we are able to include specified motor, coupling, brake, v-belt components, etc. all assembled on standard baseplate or custom mounting arrangements. We also do custom modifications to our standard gear designs, for example special shaft extensions, integral brake/clutch features or additional cooling requirements.

Power Transmission

Our service department will maintain your gear to keep it in great working condition. Let our specialists help you when maintaining your products. Gordon Russell Limited is a factory certified rebuild centre for many of our products, including Eaton Airflex, Bonfiglioli, Hansen Transmissions and David Brown.

Trackmobiles

Facilities in Red Deer AB and Richmond BC provide complete Trackmobile support services, including spare parts inventory, rental Trackmobiles, and factory-trained mechanics. Whether ‘in-house’ or ‘on site’, we are qualified to repair all major components, do custom modifications (such as the snow blower attachment in adjacent picture) as well perfoming complete rebuilds. Our personnel are qualified for site Trackmobile audits and the training of Operations and Maintenance personnel.
